We call it a PICK and ROLL

Mountain Crane's signature pick and roll is just what it sounds like! We pick the item and transport it to its new home! This job was something out of a children’s story book. Once used as a hosptial rail car, this poor, old thing had spent the last 50+ years rusting away at the Smith & Edwards yard in Northern Utah. But a new life was on the way when a designer saw its character and potential as a seating area for a restaurant. Our crane team did a dual pick hoisting the 90K rail car off the ground and placing it on the truck so our heavy transport team could deliver it to it’s new home about an hour away.
