Let the Crane Games Begin: Sundt Construction Visits Our Phoenix Yard

A Day of Partnership and Appreciation

Mountain recently welcomed one of our premier partners, Sundt Construction, to our Phoenix, Arizona yard for a special field day event we called "Crane Games." The afternoon brought together a fantastic mix of Sundt team members, including field personnel, estimators, pre-construction specialists, project managers, and company leadership. More than just a day of fun, the event provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships, share knowledge, and showcase the expertise and equipment that support successful projects throughout the Southwest.

Hands-On Experiences and Crane Challenges

Throughout the day, attendees experienced several hands-on activities designed to provide a closer look at the crane industry. Guests had the opportunity to take manbasket rides for a unique perspective of our yard and equipment, while others tested their precision and coordination on a custom crane skills course. Our team also demonstrated a variety of rigging techniques and lifting equipment, highlighting the planning, engineering, and safety measures that go into every lift.

Building Stronger Relationships

One of the most rewarding aspects of the event was the opportunity for open conversations between our teams. Whether discussing project challenges, sharing lessons learned, or exploring new solutions, the event reinforced the value of collaboration and strong partnerships.
