Mountain continues to make strong progress on a large-scale blade replacement project involving Vestas V120 turbines at a 92-meter hub height. Our team also spent a day on site recently to watch the operation in action and see the coordination and execution firsthand. This job includes removing and replacing blades, as well as complete offloading, handling, and transportation of blades at the site.
Since starting the project in April 2025, the team has completed work on 25 towers, replacing 75 blades so far, and the project is scheduled to continue through April 2026. With a dedicated crew of 25 team members on site, operations are running efficiently and safely, supported by multiple cranes including a Liebherr LTM 1750-9.1, Liebherr LTM 1095-5.1, and Liebherr LTM 1070-4.2.
We also recently completed a full turbine replacement at the same site, finishing the work safely and ahead of schedule, and earning strong positive feedback from the customer.
This long-term effort reflects the coordination required across planning, logistics, equipment, and field execution. It’s a strong example of Mountain’s ability to deliver consistent results at scale while keeping safety and quality at the center of the work.
